The completion of the company's pilot home Oak Tree, presents a giant leap towards housing tenants in fully immersive, customisable environments that give them autonomy and ultimately a home.

A suite of three 1-bedroom High Physical Support (HPS) villas and an adjoining 2-resident HPS and/or Improved Liveability (IL) villa in the heart of Bradbury, Banksia marks Good Housing’s first specialist disability accommodation offering in south-west Sydney.

On Friday 12th November, Good Housing teamed up with Scope, NSW to officiate the commencement of construction for Blue Gum and Red Robin in Sydney’s northern suburb, Hornsby. 

Jacaranda and Jasmine and are conveniently situated in the heart of Sydney’s South, a short distance from local shops and restaurants, parklands, ovals, and reserves, as well as the renowned Jannali Community Centre.

Scheduled for completion April 2023, both Macadamia and Murraya comprise a suite of two 1-bedroom villas (designed for High Physical Support tenants) and an adjoining 2-resident house (designed for Fully Accessible tenants).
