Apple Tree features two private one-bedroom villas and an adjoining two-resident house, holistically designed to meet the support needs of High Physical Support (HPS) participants. To ensure tenants receive the assistance they need, the home is supported by a team of dedicated support workers and includes an on-site staff room.

About the Vacancy: A spacious private HPS bedroom is now available in Apple Tree’s two-resident house. The new tenant will enjoy shared access to a comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, patio, and an accessible Jack and Jill bathroom, shared with one other friendly tenant.

This setup allows you to maintain your independence while forging connections with like-minded individuals and becoming part of the vibrant and welcoming Mount Colah community.

This home is currently shared with a female tenant who enjoys spending time in her surroundings and maintaining a peaceful routine. She is looking forward to welcoming a friendly new housemate with similar interests; someone who values privacy and tranquil community living.

All tenants will have access to our nominated On-Site Shared Support Provider, Danny Met Sally. Danny Met Sally is a premium national disability service provide employing more than 500 support, administration and client care staff across Australia and growing. The Danny Met Sally team will be on hand 24/7 to ensure the safety and comfort of all tenants.
