Safety Beach is a seaside town on the Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne, Victoria, approximately 56 km south of Melbourne's Central Business District. Safety Beach is home to a popular sandy bay and a swimming beach, as well as local shopping centres, a medical practice, and other essential amenities.

Rent Cost: The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will pay the ‘Reasonable Rent Contribution’, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension (or equivalent), and 100% Commonwealth Rent Assistance.

Eligibility: To apply for Salt Bush, tenants will need to have (or be likely to attain) NDIS funding for SDA Robust eligibility.
