White Hills is a suburb of the city of Bendigo in central Victoria, Australia. It is located four kilometres immediately north-east of the city centre between North Bendigo and East Bendigo. White Hills comprises all essential services, schools, shops, restaurants, cafes, parks, sporting facilities and is only a 90 minutes from Melbourne.
Rent Cost: The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will pay the ‘Reasonable Rent Contribution’, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension (or equivalent), and 100% Commonwealth Rent Assistance.

Eligibility: To apply for Blue Bell, tenants will need to have (or be likely to attain) NDIS funding for SDA High Physical Support (HPS) eligibility.
