Located in the heart of Lavington, River Gum will host three one-bedroom villas (designed to accomodate Robust and High Physical Support participants) and an adjoining 2-resident house (designed to accomodate Improved Livability participants). Our first home in Albury, River Gum is scheduled for completion Q.2 of 2025.
Developed with comfort front of mind, River Gum will include an array of customised design features and details (including wide doorways, adjustable benches, private en suite bathrooms), providing enhanced physical access provisions for tenants with high level support needs.

Rent Cost: The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will pay the ‘Reasonable Rent Contribution’, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension (or equivalent), and 100% Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
SDA Design Category: This home has been specifically designed and tailored for the SDA High Physical Support (HPS), Improved Liveability (IL) and Fully Accessible (FA) Design Categories.
Eligibility: To apply for River Gum, tenants will need to have (or be likely to attain) NDIS funding for SDA High Physical Support (HPS), Improved Liveability (IL), or Fully Accessible (FA) eligibility.
