About our Good Home, Pine Tree

Located in the Pakenham region of Victoria, Pine Tree is a stylishly designed, smart and healthy suite of dwellings, comprising a 1-bedroom independent villa (HPS) and two 3-bedroom houses (HPS/IL).

Pine Tree has been mindfully designed and curated under the SDA High Physical Support (HPS) and Improved Liveability (IL) design categories and can be customised to suit each tenants’ individual needs (with the option for additional assistive technology modifications to be made under tenants’ funding).
