About our Good Home, Apple Tree

Located next door to Oak Tree in Mount Colah, Apple Tree comprises two 1-bedroom independent villas, and an adjoining 2-resident house, designed to accommodate individuals across all design categories.

Like Oak Tree, these villas prioritise comfort, style and accessibility, and are equipped with spacious doorways, pathways and high circulation space.

Apple Tree's kitchens feature adjustable cabinetry, with scope for additional accessibility modifications to be made within tenants' funding. All bathrooms are designed for full accessibility, ensuring tenant comfort and independence.

Additionally, these dwellings are equipped with hoists, grab rails, and smart technology that allows for convenient control of lighting, doors, and blinds.

Eligibility: To apply for Apple Tree, tenants will need to have (or be likely to attain) NDIS funding for SDA High Physical Support (HPS), Improved Liveability (IL), or Fully Accessible (FA) eligibility.
