Silky Oak has been mindfully designed and curated under the SDA High Physical Support (HPS) and Fully Accessible (FA) design categories, and can be customised to suit each tenants' individual needs with the option for additional assistive technology modifications to be made under tenants’ funding.

Rent Cost: The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will pay the ‘Reasonable Rent Contribution’, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension (or equivalent), and 100% Commonwealth Rent Assistance.

Eligibility: To apply for Silky Oak, tenants will need to have (or be likely to attain) NDIS funding for SDA High Physical Support (HPS) or Fully Accessible (FA) eligibility.
