Our new home, Silky Oak features four 1-bedroom HPS villas and two adjoining 2-resident FA house located in the Melbourne suburb of St Albans.

Rent Cost: The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will pay the ‘Reasonable Rent Contribution’, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension (or equivalent), and 100% Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
