Red Robin offers comfort, independence and peace of mind for all tenants, with both private (private, independent villas) and shared living options (private bedroom in 2-resident house) available to suit tenants' preference.
Rent Cost: The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will pay the ‘Reasonable Rent Contribution’, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension (or equivalent), and 100% Commonwealth Rent Assistance.

Eligibility: To apply for Apple Tree, tenants will need to have (or be likely to attain) NDIS funding for SDA High Physical Support (HPS), Improved Liveability (IL), or Fully Accessible (FA) eligibility.
