Located in the Pakenham suburb of Victoria, Pear Tree features two adjoining 2-resident Houses: the first designed for HPS, and the second designed for IL participants - all designed to support the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of all tenants while offering independence, comfort and peace of mind.
These dwellings are designed to meet the needs of High Physical Support (HPS) and Improved Liveability (IL) participants and can be customised to suit each tenants' individual needs, with the option for additional assistive technology modifications to be made under tenant's funding.
Pakenham is a suburb of Melbourne in Victoria, approximately 53 km south-east of Melbourne's Central Business District. Pakenham is a major growth area in south-eastern Melbourne, with a host of new housing developments boosting the region's population and infrastructure.

Rent Cost: The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will pay the ‘Reasonable Rent Contribution’, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension (or equivalent), and 100% Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
SDA Design Category: This home has been specifically designed and tailored for the SDA High Physical Support (HPS) and Improved Liveability (IL) Design Categories.
Eligibility: To apply for Pear Tree, tenants will need to have (or be likely to attain) NDIS funding for SDA High Physical Support (HPS) or Improved Liveability (IL) eligibility.
