Tenants can enjoy their independence within their own private villas, while also having the opportunity to socialise with others in shared indoor and outdoor areas.
Lilly Pilly's kitchens feature adjustable cabinetry, with scope for additional accessibility modifications to be made within tenants' funding. All bathrooms are designed for full accessibility, ensuring tenant comfort and independence.
Additionally, Lilly Pilly includes a nearby carer's room with bathroom facilities for OOA access and support provisions.
Rent Cost: The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants will pay the ‘Reasonable Rent Contribution’, which is 25% of your Disability Support Pension (or equivalent), and 100% Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
