About our Good Home, Lilly Pilly

Our Good home Lilly Pilly, Dee Why comprises five 1-bedroom independent villas located in the highly sought-after Northern Beaches.

These villas have been custom designed to cater to tenants requiring High Physical Support (HPS) and Fully Accessible (FA) accommodations. Tenants can enjoy their independence within their own private villas, while also having the opportunity to socialise with others in shared indoor and outdoor areas.

Lilly Pilly's kitchens feature adjustable cabinetry, with scope for additional accessibility modifications to be made within tenants' funding. All bathrooms are designed for full accessibility, ensuring tenant comfort and independence.
