As Property & Maintenance Manager, she brings more than 20 years of experience across the disability sector, including frontline support, tenancy management, SIL operations and SDA housing. Shelley is known for her practical, solutions-focused approach and her passion for delivering positive, person-centred outcomes. With lived experience shaping her connection to the sector, she cares deeply about creating environments where people can thrive.

When she’s not at work, Shelley enjoys spending time with family and friends, being a hands-on mum and nanny, and getting creative through baking, cake decorating, cooking and making personalised items with her Cricut machine.
